Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and want to ensure your juice or shots show up to you the way they’re meant to be consumed – ice cold! To maintain this level of quality, all orders are packed with ice packs and shipped cold on Juice Fiji shipping days (Monday-Friday) and ship via DHL with delivery timeframe of 7-14 working days depending on the delivery location (see the full breakdown below). Note: Juice Fiji Pte Limited uses only air freight to ship out products. Currently we ONLY ship to New Zealand, Australia and USA

Orders bound for Australia according to current DHL flight schedule

Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will be processed and shipped Wednesday.

Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped Saturday (Same week).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped Wednesday (Following week)

Orders bound for New Zealand according to current DHL flight schedule

Orders placed on Monday will be processed and shipped Tuesday (Same week).

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday will be processed and shipped Thursday (Same week).

Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped Saturday (Same week)

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed and shipped Tuesday (Following week)

Orders placed on Monday(UTC+12) will be processed and shipped Tuesday (Same week).

Orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday(UTC+12) will be processed and shipped Thursday (Same week).

Orders placed on Thursday and Friday(UTC+12) will be processed and shipped Saturday (Same week)

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday(UTC+12) will be processed and shipped Tuesday (Following week)

Shipping Costs

We use DHL for all of our shipments. Shipping costs are automatically generated based on your order weight and delivery location.

Cancellation/Change Policy

We only accept order changes or cancellations for orders that have not started processing. We accept and handle all changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm UTC+12). For help with an unprocessed order, please reach out to support@juicefiji.com.
